Long Island, granting an island near Oyster Bay, half a mile from the main island to Matthew
Sunderland of Boston. It was signed June 18th, 1639 by James Farnett with Sampson
Sacter and Robert Thomas listed as witnesses. It was recorded by William Wells on March 1st,
1660.
