Local History and Genealogy Collections of Dutchess County

Public libraries in the Mid-Hudson library system include a wide variety of local history and genealogy collections. This series will provide an overview of the holdings of the public libraries in Putnam, Dutchess, Columbia, Greene, and Ulster counties.

The libraries in Dutchess County run the gamut from those with virtually no genealogically pertinent materials, to those with large collections and/or unique holdings.
