I am hoping to find baptismal records for the children of Jonathan O'Kiley and Priscilla King. Timeframe would be abt 1750 - 1770. I think their children were born in either Dutchess or Putnam Counties. I am not familiar with New York research so would appreciate any information/advice on how to proceed.

I am researching our Dickinson family history. I have uncovered records tracing the family to James Hart Dickerson and Priscilla Rogers. James is likely the son of James Dickinson (b abt 1707 North Castle) and Mary Smith Hart. Uncertain whether James is the son of Joseph Dickinson and Hannah Carpenter (Coles).
I am looking for additional records confirming the family relationship ... and possible connection of James Hart Dickerson as a descendant of Capt. John Dickinson married to Rose Townsend.

My 3rd great grandfather born January 18, 1821 in Ithaca. I'm searching for information on his parents. I know that he and his widowed mother moved to Morrow County, Ohio when he was a "mere lad". He became a doctor and practiced in Mt. Gilead Ohio. He married twice - Eliza Straw in 1849, with whom he had 2 children, and Emily Cook in 1854, with whom he had 3 children. He died in Mt. Gilead Ohio June 2, 1891.
I have Moses George Jr born I Newburyport, Essex, Massuchusetts in 1751. He died in Alexandria, Jefferson Cty, New York in 1803. I wonder if you have any information about him and his Revolutionary War service. I would appreciate any information you can provide me.
Looking for Benjamin Franklin Smith’s and Julia Ann Holmes marriage record (Quaker?) in Peru, NY, prob, 1846-1850.
Also their children. First child, Mattie (Martha) born 27 AUG 1852. Brothers and sisters born in Peru between 1852 and 1865.
I'm attempting to confirm an unattributed quote in Mary Thomas Seaman's "The Seaman Family in America as Descended from Captain John Seaman of Hempstead, Long Island" (pages 20-21) (available at archive.org) indicating Captain John Seaman represented Hempstead Township at the 1683 meeting of the Governor's Council and elected township representatives and that he was on the committee that drafted the Charter of Liberties and Privileges at that time (actually Oct 17?). As best I can determine, Captain Seaman is in my family line.
