Join the New York Genealogical and Biographical Society (NYG&B) as we celebrate Scottish heritage and ancestry during NYC Tartan Week. From April 10–15, 2023, the NYG&B will host numerous events that shine a light on the rich history and culture of Scotland.

The week will culminate in the NYG&B’s participation in the NYC Tartan Day Parade on April 15, where we will join more than 3,000 bagpipers, Highland dancers, clan organizations, Scottish dog breeds, and others scheduled to march up Sixth Avenue, with tens of thousands of spectators expected (in person and online). See our full list of events below.
