there are two other Samuel's in the same area at the same time, our Samuel's uncle, and that Samuel's son, Samuel C. Samuel C is said to have never married, and died in 1859. uncle Samuel d. in 1852. maybe the 1840 census is for him.
I am most interested in learning Samuel's (1813-1836) death and burial, and his wife Catherine Sholts' ancestry, but any information beyond what's at my husband's family tree would be most appreciated.
