Description: HAWKINS/BROWN/BRESEE. Need proof that Malinda Hawkins born 3 Feb 1782 Connecticut, married about 1800 Jeremiah Bresee, Vermont or New York, is a daughter of Gaylord Hawkins (4 Apr 1752 Oxford, Connecticut, -2 Mar 1826 Franklin, Delaware Co.) and Hannah Brown (15 Aug 1752 Connecticut -13 July 1813 NY). Malinda was widowed 1826 NY, and moved with children to Scotland Co., Missouri, died 2 Aug 1865. Page 248 of Hawkins Genealogy, by Ralph Clymer Hawkins, is not sufficient.
