Title: Hallet Family in Early Ulster & Westchester Counties
Description: I am interested in the presence of any member of the Hallet (or Hallett) family residing in Ulster or Westchester Counties prior to the Revolutionary War. I am researching this family which originated, I believe, in Newton, L.I. going back to the 17th century.
I am trying to map the westward migration of the Hallet's to their eventual homes in western New York in the early 1800's.
