“Coming of Age as a Sharecropper” presented by Glenda Philips-Hickman

As part of the Tioga County Historical Society’s celebration of Black History Month, Ms. Philips-Hickman will share the experiences of her mother’s early life growing-up as a sharecropper in North Carolina.
