New York is a port filled with colorful signs and symbols from its days as a leader in commercial shipping and elegant passenger voyages.  This talk will explore the mosaic shields of world ports that adorn the outside of the International Mercantile Marine Company, 1 Broadway, Lower Manhattan.

From Argentina to Auckland, the shields carry heraldic details that identify each port city in sparkling color.

Join us for a look up at what you might never have noticed at the tip of Manhattan.
